Melissa Pushman (born June 4) is a baker, award-winning cake artist, Food Network winner, television personality, and cookbook author. She is the owner of Delightfully Delicious Desserts and also the cheesecake supplier at Mezzanotte Bistro Italiano, located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. She is known for her wedding cakes and cake realism.
Early life Melissa was born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Her interest in baking began when she would watch her Nanna make cakes – the prime kind. Watching her icing cakes and make roses out of icing was a huge inspiration for Melissa. Delightfully Delicious Desserts In November 2015, Pushman opened her own business called Delightfully Delicious Desserts, located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. She discovered her true passion when she made her son’s father a cake for his birthday back in 2007. Not only did it start a new and exciting voyage for Melissa, but it started a path that gave her endless opportunities to show her creative side. Special Features Melissa is Ottawa’ First Food Network WINNER. She appeared on the Big Bake Holiday on the Food Network where she competed with two other teams on creating a spectacular Christmas tree. The episode aired on December XX 2019 –
