The Merchants Refrigerating Company Warehouse is a 12-story industrial building at 501 West 16th Street in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City, New York, US. It was designed by John B. Snook & Sons with a minimal amount of windows.[3]
In the 1980s, there was a proposal to convert the warehouse into a shopping center. In 1989, this was canceled in favor of conversion into office space.[4]
