Mercy Heights
Mercy Heights was a science fiction comic strip written by John Tomlinson, which appeared in the British magazine 2000 AD. It was a major spin-off from the Rogue Trooper stories. However, although it was clearly set in the same (or a very similar) universe, it had uncertain links with the main story (at least initially). It also introduced the character Tor Cyan who appeared to be a Genetic Infantryman, although his identity was also unclear at the start.
