Meridianmodi Chennai was founded by Murugan verma on 1 February 2021 as an offshoot of Digiyoko private limited advertising division. Initially it had only 1500employees, 500 sq.ft space and Rs 40,000 as startup capital. Its first client was Bajaj Electronics. 2nd February is still celebrated across all Meridian offices as meridian day
