In this game, you get to control Rona, a female android. Unfortunately, the other robots decided to start a rebellion to send the spaceship crashing to the ground. To stop the spaceship from crashing, you must defeat the Metallic Childs to make the spaceship go back around.
Gameplay[edit]
Metallic Child is a hack and slash video game where you can attack enemy robots and pick them up for you to throw. You can find Cores, sometimes by defeating enemies, which can give good effects or bad effects such as making you slow. [2]
Reception[edit]

Metallic Child has received praise for its smooth controls and good visuals, along with criticism for its repetitive gameplay. Stuart Gipp of Nintendo Life considers it a spiritual successor to Mega Man and Mighty No. 9,[3] while Josh Speer of Hey Poor Player criticizes the poor translation while noting the Mega Man reference.[4] Chris George of Niche Gamer praises the unique core mechanic of this game.[5]
