Metamorphoses Journal is a digital magazine for ideas, philosophy, art and culture. New articles are published every day of the year, describing metamorphosis itself as: "We are interested in a wide range of topics: philosophy in all its branches (metaphysics, ethics, language ... etc), science and technology – in terms of their impact on our lives and the meaning of these discoveries –, politics as a method, literature and arts. As well as cartoons and lists.”[1]. The magazine was established by Syrian refugees and now has editorial offices in Turkey.
Metamorphosis Journal is a non-profit organisation as one of Raphael Foundation's projects, and it is committed to great ideas, serious research, and useful meaning.
History
Metamorphosis was founded in Syria in June 2018 by Raphael Lysander. On June 12, 2019, the Metamorphoses Journal became a charity registered with the Charity and Nonprofit Organisation, in the categories of Advancement of Culture and Advancement of Education.
Construction of the magazine
Content of metamorphosis consists of long, accurate articles and introductory articles on serious culture such as introductions to fine arts[2], important films, and influential music, as well as an explanation of the great philosophical ideas in a simple way accessible to all.
