Michael Bernard Bell (November 24, 1970 – July 15, 2025) was an American convicted serial killer who was sentenced to death for murdering five people in Florida between 1989 and 1993.[1] He was sentenced to death in 1995 by the state of Florida for the double murder of Jimmy West and Tamecka Smith. He was executed by lethal injection on July 15, 2025.[2]
Early Life
Bell was enrolled and abused at the Florida School for Boys.[3]
