Michael Blake Kruse is a Filipino-American model and actor. He is best known for his role on General Hospital.[1][2][3]
Early life
Kruse was born on May 19, 1990 at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton of Southern California.[4][5] He grew up in Conrad, Iowa.[6][7]
Career
In March 2022, Kruse began a television contract for ABC's daytime drama series General Hospital, as Rory Cabrera, an officer for the Port Charles Police Department.[8][9][10]
Kruse previously had primetime guest star roles on Criminal Minds (ABC) and Grey's Anatomy of CBS. He had supporting roles in the Lifetime (TV network) films The Ugly Christmas Sweater, Christmas Harmony, and Dead In The Water.[11]
As a print model and commercial actor, he has appeared in campaigns for companies such as Nike, Lexus, Amazon, Google, Apple, McDonald's and Coca-Cola.[12][13]
Personal life
Kruse graduated high school from BCLUW Community School District of Conrad, Iowa and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Central College (Iowa) of Pella, Iowa – where he also played baseball.[14][15]
Kruse married Cara Skramovsky on August 3, 2019.[16] They have one daughter together.[17][18]
Kruse has desires to work with film directors Clint Eastwood and Peter Berg.[19]
