Michael Dylan Castle is an American-Canadian academic administrator, professor, and international higher education expert. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Management from Maltepe University (Istanbul) and advanced degrees in International Relations and Political science. Over a career spanning more than two decades, Castle has held senior leadership roles including Campus President, Provost, and Dean at institutions across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. He currently serves as Dean of the School of Business & Political Sciences at Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs Üniversitesi (OKKÜ) in Nicosia, Northern Cyprus, and concurrently holds faculty and doctoral supervision appointments at California Intercontinental University (CIU) and Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). He is also a faculty member at the Paris School of Management (PSM) and the Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland (ALSS). A dual citizen of the United States and Canada, Castle is a native speaker of English and Turkish.
