Michael J Scanlon
Michael J Scanlon (Michael Joseph scanlon; born December 3, 1988) is an American print and commercial model and actor.
He is currently signed with BMG Models in New York. Michael has an extensive filmography and resume that includes brands such as Coors, Groupon, Metlife, TJ Maxx, Wards, Radisson, and many more. He has also appeared in Chicago based shows and movies such as Crime Stoppers: Chicago Case Files, played a News Reporter in Canal Street (2018), and has recurring roles in upcoming TV Pilots Downtown Fitness and The Five Year Plan, both produced by Hale Media.

Michael also appears on the cover of many Novels including books by best selling authors such as Diary of a Dieter by Marie Coulson[5] as well as The Butcher (Book 3 of the Protector series) by Celia Aaron [6]
Michael has also appeared in commercials for Bimbo Brand's Rustik Bread, Nuwave's Moxie Blender, and for Silk Soymilk.
Biography
Michael J Scanlon was born December 3rd 1988 in Oak Lawn, Illinois. Michael has three sisters. Michael grew up on the south side of Chicago and attended the University of Miami where he studied Psychology and Criminology. He is a former behavioral analyst for children with autism and played rugby in Australia for the University of Queensland. He also has a masters degree in business.[7]
Michael has an extensive history of working with children with autism and related disabilities. Michael worked for the AEIOU Foundation, an early intervention program with 10 schools throughout Australia. Michael worked directly with children as well as giving presentations on autism nationwide and helping to write the company's curriculum. [8]. Michael also obtained his MBA while modeling full time to pay for his education before pursuing full time modeling.[9].
Writing
Michael is also an internationally published author of articles on rugby during the 2011 rugby world cup, on autism[10] and a short story entitled An Occurrence at Springbrook published on Amazon[11]
