Michael Ligon
Michael Ligon (born 26 July, 1978) is an American entrepreneur, real estate investor, author and award-winning real estate coach. He is the co-owner of the Ligon Group a private real estate investment firm focusing on residential real estate investments and the co-founder of the Ligon Brothers.
Michael co-authored books “LYNK Wholesaling; The Real Estate Connector Method (2020) and “Wolf Secrets, Savage negotiation Tactics (2021). He is a celebrated member of the Forbes Business Council and sought after contributor to several major publications on topics for real estate investing, sales and marketing and business building.
Michael is known for co-creating and developing alongside his brother David Ligon several unique methods for real estate investing. Two of his best selling programs are LYNK Wholesaling and The MLS Digital Flipping Method.

Early Life[edit]
Michael was born in Miami, Florida on July 26, 1978. He is the son of Michael Ligon and Betty Ligon. Michael is the second youngest child with five other siblings one of which is adopted. He found interest in sports, football, martial arts and muscle cars.
Born into a lower middle class family, Michael had to begin working at a very young age to assist his family with everyday expenses. He dropped out of high school and began working fulltime for a construction company at the tender age of fifteen years old.
Career[edit]
Michael started his career as a construction worker at a land surveying and mapping company, where he worked with his father. Michael was always determined to become a successful person and never let the fact that he didn’t have a high school diploma of college education stop him from climbing the success ladder.
Michael worked his way through the company going from an apprentice to the lead superintendent on the job site. He eventually opened his own geomatic engineering firm called AllState Surveying.
Realizing that the path he was on would never provide him with the financial success that he was seeking, he began to seek out other business ventures.
One day his brothers David contacted him with an opportunity to attend a seminar on real estate investing. Knowing that real estate was a proven vehicle to financial freedom, he attended. This event was the entry point to what would later become The Ligon Group.
Michael and his brother David went on to create The Ligon Group a full service real estate investing company focusing on residential real estate. With the vast knowledge obtained from creating this powerhouse Firm, Michael went on to create The Ligon Brothers.
Now, Michael and David Ligon are Collectively known as The Ligon Brothers. The Ligon Brothers are wealth creation specialists, real estate investors, authors and consultants.
As Real Estate Investors They developed LYNK™ Real Estate, created the Real Estate Connector Method™ and The MLS Digital Flipping Method™ each being a unique system for real estate investing.
In addition to their award winning programs they are also the Authors of LYNK Wholesaling, a guide to Wholesaling Real Estate, and Wolf Secrets a playbook for mastering any negotiation and closing any deal.
As Consultants their extensive experience in real estate and house flipping has made them the go to guys for consulting on a variety of home improvement and house remodeling television series and documentaries.
As Real Estate Coaches and Mentors they created LigonU a digital online virtual training center for distance learning and real estate investment courses.
Personal Life[edit]
Michael is an avid self defense practitioner and a trained martial artist, who studied the art of kali under Sifu Courtney White. He is also a certified holistic wellness practitioner.
