Michael Paulo, has been in the music business for over 40 years. One of the most versatile and cosmopolitan saxophonists in pop, soul and contemporary jazz for 35 years ,Paulo has performed with Well-known artists such as Al Jarreau, Jeffrey Osborne, Deniece Williams, Oleta Adams, Paul Jackson Jr., Christopher Cross, Ray Parker Jr , Eric Benet , Patti Austin, James Ingram, Stephen Bishop, David Benoit, Peter White, Jeff Lorber, Paul Jackson Jr., Anita Baker, Bobby Caldwell ,George Duke, Brenda Russell, Hiroshima, Dave Koz, and many more have shared the stage with Paulo. Michael was also a ban dmember of lifetime achievement award recipient Kalapana one of Hawaii's most popular music groups. With eleven solo releases to his credit and numerous studio sessions Michael has been a mainstay in the jazz world. Michael also owns and operates Apaulo Productions , The company produces numerous concert events in California and Hawaii Michael is no stranger to the international festival scene. Paulo spent fifteen years as the musical director and host of the Dolphin Days Music Festival in Hawaii is spent years as musical coordinator and artist in residence for The Java Jazz Festival, one of the Largest International Music Festivals in the world.He currently resides in California .
