Michael Serwa is a personal coach based in the UK.[1] He has been featured in a number of publications and is the author of 'From Good to Amazing: No-Bullshit Tips for the Life You Always Wanted'. He has been included in the prestigious Spear’s 500 every year since 2017[2] and featured on The Telegraph's list in the 'Best Life Coach' category.[3][1] He predominantly works with CEOs and other HNWIs and their children.[4][5]

Early Life[edit]

Serwa's parents wanted him to become a doctor or lawyer. Instead, he quit his local high school in Poland at age 17, and at age 22 he travelled 27 hours on a bus to London. He spent the first 6 years working in fashion retail whilst simultaneously[6] studying personal development in order to improve his own life. He decided to become a coach at age 28.[7]

Career[edit]

Serwa began his career in personal development working with corporate and entrepreneurial clients, teaching them optimal techniques in leadership, personal motivation, and achieving success. He specializes in helping people in reaching their highest level of happiness and performance possible.[1][8][9]

Techniques[edit]

During his initial consultations, Serwa asks his prospective clients to rate their satisfaction out of 10 in 25 different areas of their lives,[10][11] with the last being 'general happiness'.[11] He then discusses the scoring in each area, paying particular attention to any area that was rated low,[12] after which he works with them to identify barriers and encourages them to leave their comfort zone as they focus on different aspects of their life, as well as utilising his vast network to help his clients to achieve their goals.[13]
