Michael T. Griffith
Michael T. Griffith (born 1957) is a Latter-day Saint apologist who has written several books defending The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) and the authenticity of the Book of Mormon.
Griffith joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1977 at age 19. From 1979–1981 he served as a missionary in the Dallas Texas Mission of the church. He has studied at Ricks College (now BYU-Idaho), Brigham Young University, Austin Peay State University, Mount Wachusett Community College, and Haifa University in Israel. At BYU, as a student, he worked as an assistant to Ross T. Christensen at the Society for Early Historic Archaeology.[1]
