Microgeomatics
Microgeomatics is the use of various approaches and techniques of location in closed spaces. It relies on geomatics know-how of data storage, analysis and spatial information gathering and communication, but takes the field to smaller levels, analyzing the position awareness of a building for example. When applied with other information gathering technologies, it can be used for workforce tend monitoring or shopping management, among other applications. The field is still fairly new.
