Middle East Group of Hospital[1] and Medical Centers[2] are the healthcare division of VKL Holdings & Al-Namal Group of Companies[3] owned by Dr. Varghese Kurian[4] (honoured by the Government of India with the Pravasi Bharatiya Samman award, the highest civilian honour for non-resident Indians). It comprises of a multi-speciality 85 bed Hospital and fully equipped medical centers spread across Kingdom of Bahrain, offering high quality medical care and a variety of services with multi-specialty clinics, inpatients services, operating theatres, maternity and other ancillary services. The medical care is backed up by state of the art diagnostic services (Open MRI- only one in Bahrain, CT Scan), a fully equipped Emergency Department and Ambulance Service.
