MightyCall (legal name: Infratel US, Inc.) is a Palo Alto, California-based communications company, classified by GeekWire as a start-up firm.[1]. It provides global Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone services with a focus on the North American telecommunications market.[2]

Formerly headquartered in Seattle, WA, the company was founded in 1999 by Serguei Beloussov. In 2012, it received venture capital funding from Runa Capital and Prostor Capital[3] towards the development of virtual contact center[4] and customer experience products.[5]

Services[edit]

MightyCall's contributions to the telecommunications sector for "significantly improving service while keeping prices down" were recognized at the Network Products Guide's '2019 IT World Awards': MightyCall received Gold in the "Hot IT Company of the Year" category.[6] In the same year, Network Products Guide presented MightyCall's virtual phone system and Product Manager Anna Miranchuk with Silver awards in the "IT Products & Services for Enterprise (Small and SOHO) | for 1 – 10 Employees" and "Women in Information Technology | 11 – 2,499 Employees" categories, respectively.

The VoIP system developed by MightyCall provides an automated customer communications service for businesses.[7]

MightyCall offers local, toll-free, and/or vanity IP-based phone numbers (U.S. and Canada dial codes) and allows to port in an existing VoIP phone number to the service. Similar to competitors such as Google Voice, Line2, and EVoice, the company provides digital tools such as task management, activities delegation, and results tracking.[8] AOTMP Research suggests MightyCall's product for small and very small businesses looking for a "budget-friendly and feature-full option for unified communications"[9]
