Mike Ault is the author or co-author of more than 24 Oracle books and hundreds of articles in national publications. Mike is a frequent presenter at Oracle related conferences at the international. national and regional levels. He has five Oracle Masters Certificates and wrote the book "Oracle7 Administration and Management". He wrote the first editions of the "Exam Cram" books for the Oracle certification exams. He is certified through Oracle8i through the Oracle Certification Program.
Mike started working with computers in 1979 right out of a 6-year tour on nuclear submarines in the Nuclear Navy. Mike spent 10 years working in civilian nuclear technology at several nuclear plants across the USA. He began working with Oracle in 1990 at the Advanced Solid Rocket Motor Plant in Iuka, Ms. He is currently employed by IBM.[1]
Mike is an amateur photographer, writer and scuba diver. [2]
