Milestone is an unincorporated community in Lancaster County in the U.S. state of Virginia.[1] It lies along Mary Ball Road, between Lancaster and Brook Vale. The Hickory Hollow Natural Area Preserve is just to the north of Milestone along Regina Road.[2]
