Milliy TV (lit. National TV) is a nationwide, private 24-hour television channel in Uzbekistan.

Milliy TV, literally meaning the "National TV" in Uzbek, began broadcasting in September 2016. The channel switched to a 24-hour broadcast on 1 January 2017.[1]

According to the official website of the television channel, 70% of the Milliy TV's airtime is in Uzbek, the remaining 30% in Russian. The television channel makes programs using a "modern approach to the national customs and traditions of the Uzbek people". The basis of the airtime of the channel is made up of entertainment and educational programs, series, films, as well as music. Some of the channel's most well-known programs are MTV Show, Shirchoy and Jonli ijro.[1]

The channel broadcasts throughout Uzbekistan. Also, the television channel can be watched online outside of Uzbekistan through official applications on Google Play and AppStore, as well as through online broadcast on the official website of the television channel. In February, a rating of the most popular television channels in Uzbekistan was published based on the results of polls, and in this rating Milliy TV took second place, behind Uzreport TV, gaining 17.8% of the votes. In November 2017, another rating of the most popular TV channels in Uzbekistan was published based on the results of a three-month survey among the country's population, and in this rating Milliy TV took fourth place, with 10% of respondents preferring it.[2]
