Mimi Bouchard is a Canadian influencer, entrepreneur, TV personality, podcast host of The MIMIBEE Podcast, and founder of the Mimi Method membership platform.

Early Life[edit]

Bouchard was born in Toronto, Canada on July 16, 1996.[1] After attending Dalhousie University for one year, Bouchard moved to London at the age of 18 to pursue fashion journalism and a career in television.

Career[edit]

In 2017, Bouchard first appeared on the structured-reality television series, Made In Chelsea. She was a cast mate on the show for seasons 13-16.[2]

On August 7, 2020 Bouchard launched The MIMIBEE Podcast. This biweekly show hosted by Bouchard focuses on health, wellness, fitness, relationships, success, and interviews with professionals in their respective fields.[3]

In 2019, Bouchard launched her Body Reset eBook. Later this year, Bouchard also hosted her first live event, Becoming Superwoman, an exclusive transformation workshop targeted towards young women.

In 2020, Bouchard launched Mimi Method, a membership platform that offers a variety of videos including at-home workouts, guided meditations, and nutritionist-approved recipes. Mimi Method can be found online, on the Apple App Store, and on Google Play.

Bouchard is also a partner in the online education company, The Influencer Academy.[4]
