MindGenius is a software company formed in 2006 located in Scotland.[1] MindGenius is the developer of two Mind Mapping[2] and Project Management products[3].

The original product, MindGenius runs on the Windows[4] platform and in 2015 the product range was expanded to include Barvas, a SaaS application[5] In July 2018, MindGenius was awarded an independent five star rating by the Software Advice website[6] The firm has seen it's software adopted by thousands of organisations worldwide who use the products to improve business productivity. MindGenius continues to grow by adding additional functionality to both products.[7]In addition to business uses for MindGenius and Barvas, the products are widely adopted in the education sector by teachers, lecturers and students. Teaching professionals find the products extremely useful for preparing lesson plans and students benefit from quick note taking, enhancing their understanding of a topic and preparing study plans.[8]
