History
The company was originally incorporated in Mumbai on 25 July 1991[5] as Hinditron Informatics Ltd.[6] The company changed its name to "Mindteck" in September 1999[7] and shifted its headquarters to Bangalore in 2006.[8]
The company acquired Infotech Consulting in 2007, and, in 2008, merged with Primetech Solutions, Mindteck UK and Mindteck Singapore.[9]
