Mindteck is an Indian company that provides product engineering solutions[buzzword] and IT services to several Fortune 100 companies, universities and government agencies.[3] Established in 1991, the company is headquartered at Bangalore. Yusuf Lanewala is the chairman and managing director of the company.[1] It is a CMMI Dev Ver 1.3 Level 5 company.[4]

The company was originally incorporated in Mumbai on 25 July 1991[5] as Hinditron Informatics Ltd.[6] The company changed its name to "Mindteck" in September 1999[7] and shifted its headquarters to Bangalore in 2006.[8]
The company acquired Infotech Consulting in 2007, and, in 2008, merged with Primetech Solutions, Mindteck UK and Mindteck Singapore.[9]
