Minecraft@home

Minecraft@Home is a volunteer computing project centered around technical Minecraft, running on the Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing (BOINC) platform. as of April 2026[update], nearly thirteen thousand[1] computers have contributed computing power to aid with finding Minecraft map seeds (more commonly called world seeds) of particular interest.
