Iranian composer and multi-instrumentalist (Percussions, Oud, Tanbur ...), Mirtohid Radfar comes from the Sufi tradition. He interprets the sacred and poetic songs of Iran, mainly accompanied by the traditional Persian string instrument called Tanbur. Rare virtuoso of this mystical lute, Mirtohid Radfar demonstrates his ease by mastering the art of improvisation in a play that is both delicate and imposing. In Iran, he made two albums with the group "Maktabe Tanboore Bastan", a spiritual music ensemble (Ghoghnoos - Gardesh e Jaam).

He now performs on stage solo or accompanied by musicians from various backgrounds creating an artistic fusion combining traditional oriental sounds and compositions of a more current style.
