Miss Anambra (formerly Miss Independence Anambra) is a beauty pageant in Anambra State, Nigeria which has been held annually since 2014. The pageant was introduced by Anambra Broadcasting Service (ABS) director and chief executive officer Nze Uche Nworah. It was established as part of the corporate social responsibility of ABS to the people of Anambra State. The first ever winner of the beauty pageant contest was Chizoba Ejike. The current Miss Anambra titleholder as of 2015 is Chidinma Okeke.[1][2]

Entry requirements[edit]

The competition is open to women aged 18 and above.
