The first edition of Miss Aura International pageant with the original name Miss Kemer International was held in 2006 in Antalya, Turkey with majority of participants from Europe specifically from the trans-countries of Eurasia and Eastern Europe. Tanya Semeletova of Russia emerged as the inaugural winner of the pageant. Interestingly, Russia dominated this pageant with three (3) crowns (2006, 2010, 2014) not included the victories of its independent/autonomous region of Siberia in 2015 by Elizaveta Konstantinova and Tatarstan in 2018 by Kamilla Kushainova.
In pageant's 16 editions, Slavic beauties dominated with 11 wins (Russia (3), Siberia and Tatarstan (1), Ukraine, Belarus, Serbia, Czech Republic and Kazakhstan (1) including the win of Ukrainian Model Vlada Saulchenkova representing USA). European countries dominated the pageant with 12 out of 14 (including Kazakhstan which is geographically Asia but politically part of Europe). Kazakhstan, as politically European country and geographically Asian country scored its first crown for Asia in 2018 by Aim Isengalieva. Only twice the countries from The Americas won (Brazil in 2008 and USA in 2016). Africa and Oceania has yet to win. In 2020, on its 14th edition, the pageant crowned Andreia Correia from Portugal as its first black winner. In latest edition, the organization crowned the debutante country Philippines with stunning Alexandra Faith Garcia and considered as the first politically and geographically Asian country to win this pageant.
In 2021, the pageant announced its motto/advocacy 4B Beauty, Behavior, Brain and Body. [2]
