Miss Universe Denmark 2016, will be the second Miss Universe Denmark pageant, and will held in August, 2016. Cecilie Wellemberg, Miss Universe Denmark 2015 of Rungsted Kyst will crown her successor at the end of the event. The five contestants from official selection will compete for the crown. The winner is automatically going to represent Denmark at the Miss Universe 2016 while the runner-ups will compete at Miss Earth, Miss International, Miss Intercontinental and Top Model of the World in 2016 respectively.
