Mission Valley
The Mission Valley is a region of northwestern Montana, in the United States and is named for the Mission Mountains.[1]. It includes parts of Lake County and Sanders County. Notable communities include Polson[2], Ronan, Charlo, St. Ignatius, and Arlee. The geography of the Mission Valley roughly corresponds to the area below the Flathead Lake to Evaro, MT. The Mission Valley is entirely located within the Flathead Indian Reservation[3]. In addition to Flathead Lake, there is also the St. Ignatius Mission, SKQ Dam, the CSKT Bison Range, and other recreation or historical areas[4].
