Mitra Surabaya Football Club is an Indonesian football club based in Surabaya, East Java. This team competes in the Liga 3 East Java zone.

Mitra Surabaya was founded and trained by former players from the Galatama era club, namely NIAC Mitra which disbanded in 1999 because it was bought by a businessman from Kalimantan which later became Mitra Kukar.[1] One of the famous former Mitra Surabaya players who was a coach of Mitra Surabaya is Mursyid Effendi who is also a former player of Persebaya Surabaya.
With the sale of the NIAC Mitra club which was headquartered in Surabaya in 1999, then former players from the Mitra Surabaya club, which existed in the 1990s, founded an soccer school called SSB Mitra Surabaya, whose address in Lidah Wetan, Surabaya who competed and trained at Poral Stadium, Surabaya. As SSB Mitra Surabaya developed, its membership was registered with the Asprov PSSI East Java.[2]
