Mixed-model production

Under uncertain and competitive environments production lines need to produce efficiently and effectively. In the context of lean manufacturing and agile production single model lines need to be shifted to mixed-model lines and mass production needs to be changed to mass customization. Therefore production lines need to respond in changes in the product-mix.
