Jojka Communications (formerly Mobispine) is a Swedish company proving products for SMS-based communication.[1] Jojka is listed on AktieTorget, a Multilateral trading facility.[2][3]

Mobispine was a Value Added Services (VAS) company, provides services for operators and end users[citation needed]. The services including eSMS (Executive Short Message System) service enabling users to send messages from PCs to mobile phones and aggregation of news and content via its Really Simple Syndication (RSS) based news reader.[citation needed]

As of 2009 Corporate headquarters was in Stockholm, Sweden, with development offices in Cluj, Romania and Kiev, Ukraine. Currently it employs 25 people, and the organization is constantly growing.[citation needed]

In 2011 the company sold its carrier segment to Soprano Design, an Australian company,[1] with Soprano Design acquiring the overseas offices.[citation needed] The remaining Mobispine company was focused the Swedish market,[citation needed] and the main product was SMS4PC.[citation needed]

In 2012 the company changed its name from Mobispine AB to Jojka Communications AB.[1][2]
