Modani Furniture is a furniture manufacturer and retail company headquartered in Miami, FL, with branches in New York City, Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, San Francisco. It is also a winner of the Bank of America Small Business of the Year Award 2011. [1]
History
Modani Furniture was founded in 2007 in Wynwood, Miami, by Nathan Cohen, Steven Athea, and Yonel Fellous.[1] In June 2016, seven branches were opened in New York City, Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, and San Francisco.[2] In 2013, the company paid $3.8M for a large warehouse building in Miami situated near W. Dixie Highway. The 111,691-square-foot industrial facility was purchased from Miron Building Products Co.[3]
Description
In 2013, the Miami store appeared in the TV show Kourtney and Kim Take Miami, when Kim and Kourtney Kardashian browsed the shop.[1][4]
