Martin "Modey" Hicks (born 1961) is the mayor of Grants, New Mexico.
Hicks has been a resident of Grants since 1966. He served in the United States Marine Corps, being honorably discharged in 1984.
Prior to the office of mayor, Hicks served on the Grants City Council from 2006–2014. Hicks ran for mayor and defeated two-term incumbent mayor Joe Murrietta. In 2018, he won reelection for a second term.
