Molly Paddison is an Australian professional baseball player for the Boston Hunters of the Women's Pro Baseball League, playing both as a center fielder[1] and a right fielder.[2] She was selected by the Hunters in the third round of the inaugural 2025 Women's Pro Baseball League draft. She was the Youth Women's MVP at the 2023 Australian Youth Girls National, where she led Queensland to a gold medal.[1] She is nicknamed "The Business" for her competitive approach.[3] Paddison also mentors younger players through Baseball Queensland’s Emerging Athlete Program.[3] She rose through the junior ranks of local club Ipswich Musketeers as a teenager, training 20 hours a week and playing multiple games each weekend.[4]
