Momoko Yokomachi (横町 ももこ Yokomachi Momoko, born 15 June 1989) is a Japanese actress and model from Hachinohe, Aomori[2] who is affiliated with Oscar Promotion.
Biography[edit]
While studying liberal arts at J. F. Oberlin University, Yokomachi placed second behind Miyako Shimomura at the Miss Ōbirin Contest in 2010.[3] She was one of the seven round girls selected for a shoot boxing event hosted by Shooto on 5 November 2011.[4][5]
Yokomachi was appointed as a campaign girl for the Japan Swimsuit Association for 2015 in November 2014. At the age of 25, she was the oldest campaign girl for JSA.[6][7] She also attended the event in which former Nogizaka46 member Seira Miyazawa was selected as a campaign girl for Toray Industries.[8][9][10][11]
Yokomachi appeared with Miyazawa and two other models at a fashion show in Aoyama where they showcased swimsuits by Wacoal on 12 May 2015.[12][13][14][15][16][17] She promoted the swimsuit she was wearing by dancing at a public event in Shinjuku on 20 July.[18][19][20] In November 2016, she appeared in an advertisement directed by Sion Sono for Daimatsu.[21]
In 2018, for the 2018 Super GT Series, Yokomachi will perform race queen activities as a Pacific Mermaids member.[22][23][24]
