The Monaco Streaming Film Festival (MCSFF) is an annual international film festival held in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. The Festival was founded in 2021and is supported by The Reg Grundy Family. The inaugural edition of the Monaco Streaming Film Festival took place from July 3rd to July 6th, 202, at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco.[1].

The Festival is a hybrid “festival-meets-summit” experience celebrating the streaming industry’s content, creators, producers and talent, while providing insider knowledge on the film and content production industries[2].

Industry leaders and talent meet in the principality of Monaco, to participate in four dynamic days of premieres and screenings, a marketplace, a conference, VIP receptions, and an awards ceremony and gala. The Festival is global in scale and Technologically-driven. Streaming technology is leveraged to power the festival and extend it beyond Monaco’s borders, opening its doors to a global audience via a live streaming platform. The platform also features virtual-only content and panels with personalities participating remotely[3].

The Festival’s mission is to facilitate conversations between entertainment industry leaders at the forefront of innovation and technology and the creator community working towards reshaping the future of the streaming content industry[4].

The gala awards ceremony is produced in partnership with the Princess Grace Foundation, Julian Lennon’s White Feather Foundation, and GEMA[4]. It takes place at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco and virtually online. The Festival’s gala awards recognizes the best in the streaming industry and celebrates key film, media and technology innovators and personalities[3].
