History
Monarch Education was established in Birmingham in 2000 and initially served schools in the West Midlands region. The company later expanded into other areas of England, including Coventry and Warwickshire, Manchester, Nottingham, and Bristol. In 2017, Monarch Education became part of Affinity Workforce Solutions alongside CER Education Recruitment.
