Mondo C. Castro is a Filipino musician and founder of now defunct independent band The Pin-Ups and The Beautiful Letdown.[1], ex-disc jockey for NU 107[2] and DWKX. He was also an actor and TV host.[3][unreliable source?] He also currently works as a business consultant.[1]

He acted in the TV show Ang TV,[citation needed] and had a recurring adversarial role in the GMA Network show T.G.I.S. with Bobby Andrews and Angelu De Leon.[citation needed]
His film appearances include Magarap Ka", Wala Na bang Pag-Ibig and Ako Ba Ang Nasa Puso Mo.[3][unreliable source?]
In 1997, he hosted the TV show Gameplan TV,[4] He was a radio disc jockey at DWKX and NU 107 where he hosted the shows Club Retro and Euro-Rock.[5][unreliable source?][6][unreliable source?]
In 1995 Castro formed independent band The Pin-Ups, then known as The Pin-Up Girls,[7] and signed with Tacoma, Washington label Know-It-All Records.[8] In 2009, the band was invited by Chris Williams to contribute to Baby Boom Records' compilation CD.[citation needed] In 2017, he formed The Beautiful Letdown.
On January 25, 2018, His band The Beautiful Letdown signed an artist's deal with PolyEast Records. Their single "Where Do I Go" was released last week of April 2018. [9][unreliable source?]
