Mondottica is an international eyewear company headquartered in Hong Kong.[3] The firm specializes in the design, development, production and distribution of branded fashion sunglasses and prescription eyewear.[6][7] Mondottica's major offices are located in Hong Kong, London,[8] Nottingham,[9] New Jersey,[10] Paris,[11] and Sydney.[12]

The company was founded in Hong Kong in 2002. The city is the base of its holding company, Mondottica International.[3]
In May 2016, Mondottica announced a merger with affiliated Mondottica USA, previously a franchise of the Mondottica Group of Companies.[13]
