Monument station was an MBTA Green Line light rail stop in Boston, Massachusetts. Located at Monument Square in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood, it served the E branch. It was closed on December 28, 1985 when service on the E branch past Heath Street was "temporarily" suspended.[1] The route 39 bus, the replacement for the Arborway Line, now stops at the same location southbound and one block to the south northbound.
