Mooncrab, real name Emma Rodriguez, is a collage artist from Bristol, UK. Mooncrab concentrates on the creation of surreal landscapes and worlds using visual collages made up of several pieces of photography and art. Mooncrab was founded in 2018 after Emma finished University, completing a BA degree in Drawing and Print making.

Mooncrab's work is inspired a lot by contemporary surrealism and artists such as Salvador Dali and Rene Magritte. Emma incorporates random objects and beings into vast landscapes and created worlds.

Since the creation of Mooncrab, Emma has created work for promotional use and cover art for musicians. Collaborations include Little Moons Mochi Ice Cream, Kiahna, Mark Mendy ft Nina Carr, The Astronots, Electric Blue Yonder, Before the Streetlights, Arto LIFEWTR and Marvis Toothpaste.

In January 2020, Mooncrab created a digital download piece in aid of the Australian Bushfires, with all proceeds being donated to The Port Macquarie Koala Hospital.
