Mor Moharaan (Urdu: موڑ مہاراں) is a Pakistani drama serial starring Sonya Hussyn and Zahid Ahmed in lead roles. Set in the backdrop of Choliatan/ Rohi, the serial deals with environmental hazards and social stigmas faced by inhabitants there. It is sheduled to air on TV One in November 2021.[1][2]

The project was first announced by Hussyn through her instagram account on March 9 2021.[5]
Principal photography began on 4 February 2021.[6] Zahid Ahmed joined the cast as a male lead in early April. Previously, Mikaal Zulfiqar was casted as a male lead but later he was replaced by Zahid.[7]
It marked third on-screen appearance of Ahmed and Hussyn after Ishq Zahe Naseeb and Mohabbat Tujhe Alvida.[2]
While talking to Dawn Images, Hussyn described her character as a "girl who loves nature and is down-to-earth, sober, and practical when it comes to realising her idealistic dreams". She’s an environmentalist from Rohi, Cholistan, and is very passionate and dedicated to resolving issues that her community deals with, such as water consumption and plantation, she said.[4]
The first teaser of the serial was released on 28 October 2021.
