Mosterdmuseum Doesburg
The Mustard Museum (or Doesburg Mustard and Vinegar Factory), in Dutch: Mosterdmuseum, is a museum and shop located at Boekholtstraat 22–26 in the town of Doesburg, Gelderland, in the east of the Netherlands. The building is a listed monument and has housed a small mustard factory and museum since 1974. The museum displays historical artefacts from the world of mustard-making. Traditional mustard and vinegar are also available for purchase.
The tradition of mustard-making in Doesburg dates back to 1457. The Doesburg Mustard and Vinegar Factory continues this tradition.
