Plot
Taylor ditches Frankie on her birthday, but decides not to exact revenge. Louie gets her a snot cannon, but fires it at Taylor (who is in a new dress for a dance) when he puts it together in the wrong way, causing Frankie's birthday party to be canceled. Louie apologizes and takes Frankie into the Ghost World. While trying to return, Frankie is caught by police. Louie returns without Frankie, and Miles and Taylor help him rescue her. Soon after, Taylor's new dress is ruined after she finds out she must cover herself in Blue Slime. They are all caught, yet they find a way out of the cell. Michelle and Ray find out when none of the kids are home and the blue slime is on the floor. Taylor misses the dance after being grounded, much to her dismay. Miles and Louie are grounded for taking both Frankie and Taylor into the Ghost World.
