Lokesh Sabharwal and Ankita Sabharwal are the founders of Mota Chashma. Both are alumni of XIMB, Bhubaneshwar (Class of 2011). Lokesh had also been part of a company "BRIDGE" based out of Roorkee which provided education counselling to students in Roorkee and nearby districts. BRIDGE also conducted an event named "Paathshala 2 Profession" which provided guidance and support to over 5000 students. The National University of Singapore published a case study on BRIDGE in Asian Case Research Journal (ACRJ) in 2013[1].
