Motadata is an enterprise software solution for Network Monitoring and IT Service Management.[1] It’s a product of Mindarray Systems Pvt Ltd, an Indian company based out of Ahmedabad (Gujarat), India. As of July 2019, Mindarray has more than 100 employees and has a presence in India and the United States.[2][3]
History
Mindarray Systems was founded by Amit Shingala[4] and Alpesh Dhamelia[5] in 2010.
Minder 3.0 was their first network monitoring solution released in 2013.[6]
Minder 4.0 was released in 2014. They signed their first OEM deal.[6]
Minder 5.0 was released in 2015. They got their first Fortune 500 company as a client.[6]
Minder was renamed to Motadata 6.0 and introduced log analytics.[6]
In 2018, they introduced the ITSM solution in Motadata 7.0.[6]
Product
They have four product classifications:
Network Management and Monitoring, which includes network monitoring, server monitoring, application monitoring, database monitoring, cloud monitoring, URL monitoring, virtual machines monitoring, container monitoring, web server monitoring, middleware monitoring, email monitoring and platform monitoring.[7]
Log & Flow Analytics, which includes machine log analyzer and network traffic monitoring.[8]
IT Service Management, which includes incident management, change management, problem management, knowledge base, it asset management, patch management, service catalog, contract management, SLA monitoring, project management and smart reporting.[8]
Unified NMS is a solution for telecom for service assurance.[9]
