MotoParking

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

MotoParking is a parking system for motorcycles and scooters, which is produced by MP Italia SLR.[1] The company produces two different models, one for tourism (larger facilities) and one for city travel.[2] Each allows parkers to secure their motorcycles via a chain, and to store their motorcycle gear in a cabinet.[3][4] Touring facilities have a 245 liter storage locker, while city lockers are 85 liters.[5][6] After use in Switzerland, where the first system was installed,[1] MotoParking has been used in additional European countries. The first UK MotoParking units were installed in Chelmsford.[7] The trial, with two touring facilities and one city facility, led to additional units being purchased and installed in the county.[8] There are also facilities in Paris and Madrid, as well as in several Italian centers.[1][9] MotoParking is a title sponsor of the European Formula 3 Championship.[10]
