Motzoid India is an Indian content creator primarily known for its presence on YouTube. It was founded by Dhumik Pravin on December 29, 2021, initially under the name "Motzoid" before rebranding as "Motzoid India" in 2022. It is based in Leicester, UK.
History
Motzoid India was established following the closure of DP Live Music Production, a YouTube channel created by Dhumik in late 2021. The channel initially focused on producing long-form content, but Dhumik faced challenges due to creating longer videos alone.
In September 2020, the introduction of YouTube Shorts provided a new opportunity for content creation. Dhumik started to create short-form videos, including lyrical videos of bhajans (devotional songs), which gained significant attention and growth in subscribers. Following this success, Dhumik launched Motzoid Entertainment, a new channel for various entertainment content, including wedding videos. On the main channel, Motzoid India, Dhumik began sharing short-form videos of Bhagavad Gita shlokas (verses) with English translations, Sunderkand (a section of the Ramayana), biographies of Indian freedom fighters, and History of Indian States.
Motzoid India celebrated its 2nd year anniversary in 2023 and 3rd anniversary on 29 December 2024.
