Mount Pleasant Road, Singapore

Mount Pleasant Road is a Heritage Road in the Novena residential area of Singapore.

The east end of Mount Pleasant Road connects to Thomson Road, where the Old Police Academy was located. The site is being used to build the Mount Pleasant MRT station, an underground Mass Rapid Transit station on the Thomson–East Coast line.

The west end of Mount Pleasant Road is an interchange on the Pan Island Expressway near Whitley Road.

Many mature saga trees and houses from Singapore's colonial era can be found along this road.[1]
